NLNice apartment but needs an update. Especially the pool and wooden terrace around the pool.
Two days after having left the apartment we received a WhatsApp message. It said that they found two towels in our apartment with stains the laundry service could not remove. To replace the towels we ahead to pay for them (20 US dollars). They took the money from the deposit. We asked for pictures and it was immediately clear that the towels in the picture were not ours. We used our towels only for drying after taking a shower (normal use). We are always okay with paying a deposit and we know that damage has to be paid. In this case we are sure we did not leave any stains. And they could not prove it. They did not believe us, stopped communicating and never even responded when we filed a complaint to the company Casago. Don not trust this company as they clearly do not care about their guests and even try to rip them off.

DEThe apartment is awesome! The view is create also the whole area is nice and next to good restaurants and relatively close to the beach. The interior is super nice and the rooms are very comfortable.
We told the host about the pool which we had a feeling was not clean due to weird smell and there was always an oily film on the surface of the pool. The jets were also never on. Still it was a very nice stay and we would love to come back at any time.

NLWe had a pleasant stay at this apartment in Tulum, which offered good value for money. The space was spacious and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The rooftop terrace was a highlight, providing a perfect spot to sunbathe and cool off in the plunge pool. In the late afternoon, the dining table area was shaded, making it an ideal place to relax.
However, there are a few things to note. The third bedroom is located on the rooftop, so you need to access it from the outside, as well as the bathroom. Additionally, the gym is right next to the rooftop, with boxing equipment visible from the terrace. This means you don’t have full privacy, as people working out in the gym can see into your space, including the pool area. We also noticed that cleanliness could be improved. There were leftover popcorn kernels from previous guests on the rug. Unlike other accommodations we stayed in Mexico, this place lacked a water dispenser, which we missed during our stay. The check-in process felt quite business-like, and while we’re used to receiving local tips or helpful advice from hosts, here we were only asked to pay and given minimal information. The spa was also closed for the entire week, which was a disappointment as we had hoped to use it during our stay.
