Excellent location

Great spot handy to the beach and a short walk into kaiteriteri. Helpful hosts to talk about local attractions with.

A blind on the laundry window would be good just to block out some more light, especially during hot nights if you want the aircon on but don't want to close the bedroom door.

Location near the beach and very quiet when we were there

We didn’t know it had changed to an air B&b until the day we arrived and the accommodation wouldn’t be serviced during our stay.

Location great - 2 minute walk to Little Kaiteriteri

This property spoiled us for all future stays! Quiet, clean, helpful staff! A short walk to the beach and only a 20 minute drive up to park or a 30 minute drive to do some wine tasting. Was able to do laundry as wee with in house machine. Would stay here over and over!

The location was great. So close to the beach and while we couldnt see the beach it was literally 2 minutes walk away and about the same to drive to Kaiteri centre

Could have been a fan available in the bedroom. The AC is located in the lounge and didnt quite reach the bedroom. There was a fan available by asking which was great service.
