Localização e comodidades.

This isn't just a small holiday apartment, but a full living apartment. Two bedrooms, dishwasher, washing machine, new smart tv and a very nice bathroom. Host was very nice and spoke perfect English. We made a deal to text an hour before we wanted to check in so he could meet us there. Worked out really well. Definitely want all my stays to be like this one.

No airconditioning, though this wasn't a real problem

Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé. Le parking en sous-sol est appréciable. Le centre actif de Funchal est à 10mn à pied. La connexion wifi est ultra rapide et la télé récente. Le grand balcon permet de prendre les repas à l'extérieur.

La proximité de la route se fait sentir, mais le trafic est nul la nuit. La vaisselle fournie pourrait être un peu plus complète.

superbement situé. vue incroyable de la terrasse du 4eme étage, ouverte à tous. l'hôte était à disposition 24/7

Excelente y tranquilo apartamento, muy bien ubicado en las cercanías del centro de Funchal, a donde se puede llegar caminando con facilidad. El apartamento es espacioso y estaba muy bien equipado, muy limpio, con un excelente balcón que rodea todo el apartamento y le aporta muy buena ventilación a cada habitación y a la cocina. El estacionamiento es muy conveniente y techado. El partamento tiene lavadora pero pero no tenía un tendedero para poner la ropa a secar (esta sería nuestra unica recomendación de mejora). Lo recomendamos inclusive para una estadía larga.
