I had a positive stay at these apartments, but there were a few drawbacks. The host was very responsive to my requests, quickly addressing some minor issues, and even provided an early check-in, which was much appreciated. The rooftop pool on the 20th floor is absolutely stunning—one of the best I’ve seen. Even during peak hours, there were only 3-5 people at most. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially with the nightly fireworks, just as I expected when booking. Sunset City itself was a pleasant surprise. I was initially worried it might feel artificial like the northern part of the island with its Venetian canal, but it turned out to have everything I needed nearby, including a well-stocked (though touristy) hypermarket. An escalator conveniently connects the apartments directly to the central area. I highly recommend visiting this place to experience one of the island’s most incredible architectural wonders—the cable car.

The cleanliness left much to be desired. The walls had marks from squashed mosquitoes, and there were stains on the bed. Mosquitoes were a real issue, and I strongly suggest providing a mosquito repellent for guests, as they are everywhere. With better cleaning, this place could easily offer an excellent stay.

The apartment is relative new, so neglect of maintenance is still minimum, but unfortunately still present.

We did not get the apartment from were pictures were taken. We probably got an apartment 10 floors lower, so view over Sunset Town and some shows are not the same. The Manager sent a night time video, which is also not from the same apartment even though he claims it - no pictures was presented to us. When approaching the owners, they argued that it was same same (which you can also see in their answer) and if we should get something higher it would cost more. So feel scammed by the pictures, as the view to some of the shows and the city during cay time is not the same as on the pictures on booking.com (and nor did the property send us any, as they claim.) We arrive in the early evening and didn't want to use more time finding another place and the manager didn't intent to fix anything, so we decided to stay - I guess this is properly they way this property earn their money - so be carefull. They did offer a discount, if we cancelled through booking.com - no loss for them, but we didn't get the option to make this review and warn others, so we decided to keep the booking. Some kitchen equipment is still missing e.g. we only got two weird glasses. Also some cleaning could have been better - brown towels, blood stains on sheets, and mould in corners of shower just to give some examples and pictures. If the owners truly believe in transparency - they could put correct pictures on booking.com or being were open at time of booking that the designated room is not on the same floor. I encourage all future guest to make sure that they get an apartment above floor 10. It would be easy for the Manager to make a separate booking option for high and low floors, but then he would probably loose money - then better to scam people.

Nice host, super clean, new facilities, swimming pool, gmy room, well equipped kitchen if like cooking,. 5-10min distance by scooter, supermarket + seafood .

It's a very nice appartment with everything you need. The view is spectacular and the appartment is clean and spacious.

More facilities to dry clothes after putting them in the wasmachine. Drying rack would be very helpful. It's just a small thing. All the rest was fantastic.
