Localização perto da entrada principal de Santiago.

Quarto extremamente quente, tivemos que dormir com a janela do quarto aberta, o alojamento deveria providenciar pelo menos ventiladores para por nos quartos. Dormir foi complicado devido ao barulho insuportável de portas a bater tanto dentro do alojamento como fora do alojamento. Quartos com cheiro a mofo e velho. Com uma localização tão boa, deveriam fazer maiores melhorias para manter a vontade de retornar nos hóspedes.

Das Badezimmmer war viel zu klein. In einem der nächsten Gemeinschaftsbäder war die WC-Spülung defekt. Das Wasser rauschte die ganze Nacht hindurch. AM 14.05.26 GAB ES MORGENS UM 7:30 AUF DER KOMPLETTEN ETAGE KEIN WARMES WASSER ZUM RASIEREN UND DUSCHEN !! Die Pension liegt mitten in der Altstadt. Nachts Lärmbelästigung durch Partygäste. Die Online-Kommunikation insbesondere zum Erhalt der 3 Zugangscodes mit der DADA- Agentur war extrem schwierig, kompliziert und dickfellig seitens der Agentur. Wenn man ganztags auf dem Jakobsweg wandernd unterwegs ist, ist am Ende des Tages der Handy-Akku leer. Und ich konnte nicht ewig mit DADA online korrespondieren. Dass ich überhaupt ins Haus gelangte, war nur dem Umstand zu verdanken, dass im rechten Moment eine andere Hausbewohnerin das Haus verließ und ich hinein konnte. Deutlich nach (!!) der Check-in Zeit und in strömendem Regen. Schade. G. Hülshorst
