"Lovely house, spotlessly clean."

We paid an extra £25 to allow us to get the keys from the lockbox. The options were £25 (non refundable) or £300 which would be refundable after 10 days. We didn’t know we’d have to do this at the time of booking. I often book houses/apartments to stay in and have never had to pay an extra charge. That being the case we do however plan to stay there again.
