GBWe had a short stop in Aalesund to see some local sights including the Geirangerfjord. This is a cosy apartment 2 minutes walk from the bus station and inner docks, and just a few more minutes walk to other amenities. It has everything you'd need for a short or mid term stay - TV, washer/dryer, plenty of space, full kitchen.
Just a heads up that whilst in Aalesund in August 2025, there is a warning to boil water in the city before drinking - and you can do that here with the kettle provided.

USLocation, big roomy apartment with all amenities. Great to have a clothes washer and dryer!
It took some time to figure out how to get the stove top to work. Some printed instructions would really help those unfamiliar with this type of stove. The secret is to put a pan on the burner. There are sensors. Also , instructions for the TV would also help... but ,we didn't really use it.
USLocation was excellent, very close to the pier. Apartment was very clean.
The instruction for finding the key was too vague. The person living above the apartment was up and walking around, listening to music from about midnight to sunrise both nights we were there.
USVery spacious and clean apartment. good location for walking to attractions in town and cruise terminal. Only 3 minutes walk from bus station ( From airport) .short walk to supermarket .Fully equipped kitchen. Owner is very responsible to answer your questions.
Bad insulation. You can hear noise from street.

Noisy neighbors and no housekeeping services. Early check-in around 2.00pm is much appreciated.
