•Any activity that disturbs the normal coexistence of the community where the home is located, such as loud music, noise or parties, the organization of the latter being expressly prohibited, and that causes well-founded complaints from neighbors, will be sufficient cause for immediate eviction. without the right to refund any of the amounts paid. •Tenants agree to make good use of the facilities, equipment and utensils of the home and the community.
