Responsive owner, answered quickly whenever I messaged her. Good AC Good Wi-Fi Good smart TV Good hot shower Very accommodating to my late arrival. Met by staff to show me apartment & handover keys. Bed/towel change, water replacement & cleaning done on request. Reasonably comfortable bed but bought my own pillow. Voucher for cool cafe close by was good- ended up using same cafe a lot.

Read the small print- payment by cash only which threw me. I had to find an ATM next day & pay fee to take more cash out than I had intended at unfavorable rates. Limited decor/soft furnishing, no rugs, lamps (only harsh ceiling lights) Bed head & base still covered in plastic. Would be good to have iron/ironing board in the property. Okay for a short stay, but too clinical for my liking if staying longer. All access to the retail mall which is part of the total development is blocked, so I assume shops have either shut down or never opened up. If you're into gambling & Chinese food you're in the right location, but did not feel typical of Phnom Penh. I got a tuk tuk to different areas every morning & spent most of my time elsewhere to experience real Khmer food & Cambodian culture.
