"On the whole, we enjoyed the place and would consider returning."

Loved the location on the quieter end of 5 th Ave. Close to shopping, beach, restaurants and entertainment. Comfortable, spacious, lots of hot water in the kitchen and shower. Bed was comfortable.

2burner stovetop in the condo, the large burner didn’t work properly and the small one worked if you were patient. The problem was never alleviated. The ACs could use a cleaning .

Apartment was in good conditions. New appliances and everything. Very comfortable. Pool was nice. Location was great. The shuttle there and back was on time and easy to take.

We had some issues checking in. But didn't take more than half an hour to resolve. Was missing sheets and towels and took more then a day to get them.

Excellent on site staff. Clean, well maintained building. Excellent pool & roof top area. Very central location.

"New, large, Condo with hot water ianda nice shower with easy entry"

Great location on 5th, but far away from the Party. Easy entry into the property and condo. Key pad works great! no keys needed. Condo was not small. Great size for 2 people. King size Bed comfy with a comforter. Large bedroom. Good size bathroom. Nice shower with hot water. The commode is big enough for a man. Nice dining table, big refrigerator, plenty of counter space. Nice smart TV. This is not a dark condo, plenty of light day or night. Great experience, would stay here again.

It is not easy to find a good couch in Playa. You probably should not plan on snuggling to Netfix on the couch. The couch is comfortable to sit on.
