Lovely house with private pool in Burriana!

An amazing, beautiful property that we loved.

A beautiful spotlessly clean home in a great location near Burriana Beach. 10 minutes walk downhill to beach with a great selection of bars and restaurants and a small supermarket which had everything you need. A larger Mercadona was close by and owner, Henrik, kindly provided a shopping trolly which is very useful if you have no car. (Plenty of parking outside property)Comfortable beds including the sofa beds. House is 3 stories with smaller self contained apartment on lower floor with en suite with walk in shower and air con in bedroom and a lovely terrace off the living/kitchen area. The larger apartment is accessed from the pool area with kitchen/living area on this floor, stairs opening from living room to bedroom with en-suite with shower over bath. Balcony off bedroom with table and chairs and Aircon. There is another large balcony off the living room which has a canopy and is great for eating and evening drinks. We loved this balcony. Pool area is small just about fitting the four sun loungers and Table and chairs with umbrella. Pool was small but beautiful and great for relaxing. Please note it is about 4 foot one end and slightly deeper at far end so for children who cannot swim they will need flotation aids. There is no WC at pool level. Having the different patio areas and balconies was brilliant , there was always somewhere to go to relax in the shade. And the bougainvillea around the property was beautiful. Off the pool area was a small storeroom with great washing machine and clothes airer. Beach chairs and umbrellas for use at the beach and some buckets and spades. Lovely touch by the owner. We had a fantastic two week stay in this beautiful house and highly recommend it for a holiday. Great communication from Henrik, who always responded quickly.

There was nothing not to like about this property. ❤️But just a note about the general area, Nerja/ Burriana Beach is a very hilly area with houses built into the hills so majority of houses have a lot of steps and there is a hilly walk back up from the beach. So for people with mobility issues a car or mobility scooter is probably a good idea. My husband who has both mobility and respiratory difficulties did struggle but having a car was a god send and allowed him to get around.

Great location, close to supermarkets and the beach. The villa is 2 flats, with 2 kitchens. The upper flat has more room and lovely balconies. The pool is lovely, and great on hot days. Both flats are well equipped. Beach is about 10mins walk downhill but the walk back is a little steep so if you have mobility/health issues be aware of this. You can of course get a taxi.

Just a small ask would be more towels, loo roll, dishwasher tablets and maybe some beach towels would be great. This doesn't detract from it being a lovely villa to stay in.

The house was very modern, clean and well equipped. The dishwasher and washing machine was handy to have. The small plunge pool was maintained well. The two levels were independent of each other, which gave us our own space when we wanted it.

Both upper level patio doors were incredibly stiff to open. The pool got very little sun, due to the walls and other buildings surrounding it, so we didn't use it at all. Didn't like the fact there was a charge to have clean bed linen and towels provided. So we stripped beds and washed the bath towels ourselves. Would have much preferred this cost be included in the total price.

It was spotlessly clean,it had the best equipped kitchen we have ever stayed in, the beds were so comfortable,lovely pool and great terrace and balcony

One small thing,there were no bins in the bathrooms, but it was only a minor thing, it certainly did not impact our stay
