Relaxia Lanzasur Club - Aqualava Water Park

The food was excellent. Location good.

Room needed upgrading, they were tired looking.

hotel (bungalow houses) are nice and well-kept. provided the beds which there are single and such that when you turn in it it moves away and rides on the floor. for a child some camp bed was small and his legs stuck out. food is ok buffet quite tasty. next to the aqua park which is nice for children. I think that for a hotel with children it is ok.

It's a nice place and makes it a great holiday.

There was a obsessive kitchen manager who reprimanded one of the staff for not filling up a cereal container at 9.45am as breakfast was closing. The manager was disrespectful and patronized the staff in view of everyone. They were then having an argument about cereal. The manager was very obsessive and wasn't creating a positive environment to work in.

Liked proximity to front staff were friendly, beds were uncomfortable minimal cleaning done kitchen cupboards and front of fridge not clean also bed linen very old food not very nice
