"On our second stay, everything was a great as the first!"

The location is only steps away from Piazza San Carlo, one of the most beautiful city squares in Europe. The apartment is in a well-kept historic building close to everything: shops, caffès, museums, public transportation. The train station is a short walk, and we took a couple of lovely day trips by train into the Alpine region. When needed, the air conditioning worked very well. The WiFi was strong and dependable, and the washing machine was great to use. This was our second stay here, the other being a year and a half ago. Without hesitation, we would return to stay here!

the bedding was uncomfortable. it needs better pillows and sheets. the shower drain needs to be cleaned out.

"Lovely apartment to recommend to you"

Location is smacked in the heart of shopping area and a short walk from the main train station. Host helped me with my sightseeing queries including how to catch the ferry to Lake Maggiore during winter and recommended good restaurants to visit for my meals. Rooms are well ventilated and bright and comfortable.

The bathroom is clean but I would appreciate having a little more space.
