"Good location. Need to work on cleaning the room."

Location is good. Really quiet. Close to downtown Helen and tubing companies. A few miles to Anna Ruby Fall.

The room is not clean. Spider webs are above the fireplace and tv. Yucky stuff around the bathroom faucets. The whole place needs a deep cleaning. The bath towels are really hard and thin. The room smells bad. The pillows are thin. No extra blanket. Smoke detector started making noise due to dead battery, I contacted the host via phone, no response.

The area only stayed one night need to know how to get my money back for the second night

Need to be cleaned better around the area and room need to be spray for begs

The one and only bad thing was its 60 steps from the parking lot to the cabin. Everything else was excellent!

"The cabin was the perfect place to come back to after a day exploring the area."

The cabin was so cute and cozy and perfect for time away from home. It had everything we needed, from the kitchen to the jacuzzi tub. The location couldn’t have been better, it was close enough to things to do in town, but still private.

The only thing that would have made it better is if I had been more in shape haha, those stairs will humble you real quick.
