Cozy Scandinavian apartment central in Oslo - free parking and close to many amenities

emplacement OK, à 5mn à pied d'un centre commercial et du Métro Furuset (30mn du centre d'Oslo), dans résidence calme. Prix du ticket de Métro : 42 nok aller / pers. (valable 1h)

Equipement is very poor. Description is not correct: where are the bathrobe, the safebox, the toaster ? Chairs are broken. There are 6 places but only 5 chairs, no table close to sofa for an aperitif for instance, no table in the kitchenette, no doorknobs to open cupboards, no table in the terrasse, even there is space in all these rooms... In addition, we also rent this apartment because there is a washing machine. After hiking, we were expected to wash our clothes. What a surprise to discover that this machine is used for washing linen by the owner, during 10 hours. End of the cycle at 3 AM … Moreover, with the pipe in the sink…

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped. (Knives need to be sharpened.) In the bathroom a washing machine with a dryer is very useful. Parking space at the house.

There definitely is a job for electrician (the small bedroom had electricity only with an extension cord, cooker hood does not work) and plumber (water was dripping in the kitchen under the sink and a washing machine drain was leaking water). The terrace was not cleaned enough (the grass clippings had not been collected).

Its a great location and the property is a little rustic. But once you are over that, its ok for a short stay and represents outstanding value in a good quiet location in the suburbs approximately half hour away from Oslo. Train connections run till early AM so no problem with connectivity. Shops nearby for essentials.

The apartment is very well located. There is 7 min. To Metro station and to supermarket as well.

Almost everything.

Just that a bit of delaying (6 hours) to do my laundry because the owner still use the machine to do their laundry.

Despite good property and nice rent potential the management is definitely to be improved. I believe the rating could match before but certainly not now. Dangerous, not cleaned slipper accès.
