Zion Escape-Private Hot Tub

The owners were great to work with, even with our last-minute booking (due to a change of plans). The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is thoroughly stocked and has everything you might want.

It was cute, clean, and comfortable. Just the right amount of space for six of us, and able to accommodate three more for another night. The pool area and fitness center were really nice, too.

Really the only complaint was that we couldn’t find a lid for the crock pot!

The location was great, the master bedroom was excellent, and the owner was quick to respond.

We encountered a few issues during our stay: 1. The door lock was malfunctioning. Despite the owner setting the code to the last four digits of my phone number, it didn't work. Fortunately, we were not too delayed, and we managed to reach the owner, who guided us to the key and garage remote. 2. The kids' bedroom was quite uncomfortable and had an unpleasant odor. We promptly informed the owner, who assured us that someone would be sent to address the issue and change the bed sheets. Unfortunately, this did not happen. 3. It appeared that the trash was supposed to be separated into recyclables and non-recyclable items, but there was only one trash can available, so we ended up disposing of everything together.

The property is clean and professionally presented. The property is also family and kid friendly. Our 2 kids did enjoy the Clubhouse pool and lazy river pool. The home is fully equipped with everything that you need to make your stay comfortable and it does have all the essential equipments to prepare a meal for the family. Also, Mike is very hospitable. He is very responsive if you have any questions. My family would definitely stay here again when we revisit Zion. Thanks Mike for sharing your beautifully equipped home with my family.

The home property is great. The Clubhouse is fun but if you have little kids, just be careful on the water slide. The way the slide is built can cause skin abrasion for little kids so do be careful if you let your little ones slide down. My husband placed a soft floater at the bottom side where the slide curves so that when our little ones slide down, it hit the soft cushion and not the hard abrasive curve of the slide.

The xomffort of the house, the proximity with the swimming pool and Mike was very available and reactive! Perfect
