Very close to town

Very nice home. Fully equipped with kitchen and other supplies. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Location - very close to town. Short walk. Great home for families.

The home took a long time to warm up in the living area. Outside could use some sprucing up. Take into account, we were there in the winter.

We loved the size and the amount of space in the little house. It rained the whole time we were there but since there is a carport it was easy to get in without getting wet. It was fully stocked with kitchen utensils and towels. Plenty of blankets although didn't need them all. House was easily located close to downtown Little Norway. Would like to rent again.

1. The house is NOT set up for the disabled. We had someone who is 87 and uses a walker. My husband had to practically lift her up the steps into the house. A small ramp would be perfect on the carport side plus some handrails in the shower of the master bedroom. 2. House was recently painted and paint was splattered on the slider. I tried to remove it, but was concerned I would scratch the slider window, so I left it the way it was. 3. This was odd, I found the shower curtain in the main bathroom hung backwards with the design facing inside the bathtub wall so I fixed it. 4. Windows... in the bedrooms there is plastic and torn mini blinds. obviously very old and cracked. It really made the room look incomplete. Investing in some new blinds would make the house amazing for sure!! 5. 'We would have taken out the trash when we left, however we could not find the trash cans. As we pulled away, we spotted some cans up the street in front of the neighbors house but were hesitant to use them, as did not know if they were the neighbors or not. Sorry I left the trash in bags outside in the patio area. 6.The fuzzy white blanket on the ladder in the living room has some kind of dried food on it, It looked like oatmeal. I was going to wash it, but thought not as I may ruin the blanket. Basically fixing all the above just wants me to rent it again for sure!!!
