The property was very beautiful, clean and comfortable. It was also located very close to everything.

The only down side is the busy bars and nightclub just down the street. The noise is quite loud. I’m quite a light sleeper so this may not bother everyone, but It did keep me awake on the weekend nights until around 4am. I had to close the windows or it would have been a lot louder, which meant it got very hot in the night.

Beautiful apartment, convenient location, very friendly and helpful owner. The scones were a wonderful touch.

Just be aware that the central location means you're really in the middle of Newquay, and this includes all the nightlife on a weekend. It's very lively and some noise does get in from outside. However the property is well double glazed so it shouldn't be a huge issue. But anyway it's something to bear in mind.

"Beautiful stay but very noisy during the night from the pub"

Beautiful view of Newquay beach and easy to access

The bedroom window wouldn’t close. We couldn’t sleep in the bedroom as it was very noisy from the town centre. So many drunk people around so had to sleep in the living room. Also didn’t have any scones and jam like they did have in the picture.
