Honestly? The moment we decided to leave — that was the best part.

I’m giving my honest review of this place — and it’s honestly the worst accommodation I’ve ever seen. I am a Genius Level 3 traveler, I’ve stayed in many places around the world, but this one is by far the worst experience ever. The moment we walked in, the entire apartment smelled like sewer, and it was unbearable. We couldn’t even stay more than 5 minutes — imagine that, traveling with a 6‑month‑old baby, trying to breathe in that smell. The bed is ridiculously small, you’d have to be 1.40 m tall to fit. The jacuzzi was dirty, and the communication with the owner was a nightmare — we called so many times, no reply, no help, nothing. When we finally reached someone, they told us they’re not a hotel and have no staff available 24h. That’s their excuse for why no one was there to help — not for the refund, just to justify their total lack of service. What kind of host says that? We asked for a refund because of the horrible smell, but they completely refused, even knowing we had a baby. Honestly, they’re not even human to deny a simple gesture of understanding. We had to spend days fighting with Booking.com for help, and although they couldn’t force a refund, they at least gave us a small reward to help with another booking — way more human and helpful than the owner ever was. Everything I’m saying here, you can also read on Airbnb — it’s the same story everywhere. This place should never be listed again. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from it. If I could give 0, I absolutely would.
