Cozy 4 bedroom Townhouse with Swimming Pool

It was a nice property in a good location.

When we arrived at the agreed meeting time, we were messed around for 3 hours—sent to different locations and told someone was bringing the key but was stuck in traffic. When we finally got the right address, cleaners were still inside and told us it would be another hour before we could enter. The employee admitted late checkout by previous guests caused the delay. On the first night, police were called for a noise complaint, but confirmed there was no noise. Despite this, the owner began aggressively calling and harassing us to leave, continuing the next morning. We were told an investigation would be done, but never heard back. The whole experience felt like a scam to push us out early, and it was incredibly stressful. We would never stay here again

It was a nice townhouse in regards to 4 bedrooms, furniture was nice, beds were comfortable not so much the pillows though. The managing agent were good in respects of answering my messages promptly which was very good.

The house really needed some tlc, all pots & pans need to be thrown they are rusty & dirty & over used. The heating in the home is terrible we had to buy fan heaters. Only 2 bedrooms got warm & the lounge never got warm plus the other 2 bedrooms. We did tell them as whether hot or cold there is a big issue here. We were so cold when we went In & really didn’t give a nice feel for the property. The patio area all the tiles have fallen down so quite unsightly. No tumble dryer as broken although I personally spoke to the management agent before renting the home & he said there was one there which yes he’s right but not that it’s broken & they will not fix it as it’s not in the description on bookings.com Whilst we stayed there the electrics tripped twice which we had to put the fuse back up but on one occasion it wasn’t this but a fuse on the outside wall but they did rectify this in hours. Walls are so thin. You can hear your neighbours especially the living neighbour with he’s 3 children crying & screaming on a constant basis. I also felt when we went in there was no dishwasher tablets not even one, a dirty scourer, no dishwasher salt & agent which the dishwasher needed so we purchased this just in case there dishwasher broke, no hand towels in the kitchen, no oven gloves, only 4 coffee cups. All things that should be checked before going new clients go into the home.
