"Not a good hotel for the price"

Location was perfect for me, close for my appointments

1st room aircon didn't work, when I asked reception to take a look the next day, evening time as I've been out all day, I was rudely told why I didn't report earlier in the day, was moved to another room, and the aircon was not much better. The bath was broken, and all chipped conditions were very poor in the bathroom. Hence, I didn't have a shower to dirty for me Beds were so uncomfortable hard I didn't sleep well at all The restaurant closed very early, disappointing. The hotel needs a complete overhaul. it's old and dirty in places.

Aircons was have problem, but they change the room , but bed mattress very old , not perfect in level , not comfortable
