the room that i picked wasnt the same as the one i stayed, there were hairs on the floor and toilet which is disguisting. The key collection was wrongly given information too. no tissue at all in the residence.

Not exactly didnt like but found that its difficult getting Grabfood and Grabcar services. Grabfood lost order and Grabcar didnt accept any bookings we tried to make. Not sure is location viewed as non accessible for Grab riders and drivers. We ended up have to walk to sunway big box to call Grab car.

Falsely advertise they had YouTube and Netflix. They only had the app but you still needed to have a subscription to access. They didn’t clean up the room until we entered the room and realise bedding and towels from previous tenant was still there. Booking. Com force you to download an app when it should be emailed to me

Great facilities. Huge pool, nice playground, nice space for the kiddos. Both rooms were great. It was clean so it met our expectations, only wished there was an extra key ;) so we didn’t have to buzz each other up and down. Good design, host got taste :) Shops around were great too! Very convenient location.

Everything was clean and neat ,host was friendly much comfortable for staying as family there definitely will repeat staying here again.
