La posizione era ottima. Vicino al mare e comunque secondo le nostre necessità

La pulizia. Sotto il letto e le finestre non erano state toccate. Una cosa che ha reso deludente tutto il resto purtroppo, è stato l'odore di chiuso/umido/fumo che era fortemente presente nell'appartamento. Un altro problema era una sorta di pannello di gomma piuma presente sotto il televisore che si stava sfaldando e che era impregnato dell'odore.

Private cozy place.

It was very rainy. The parking lot had a lot of water. I would like a mat when entering the apartment from the outside, so as not to enter with wet shoes.

Great location, 2 mins from seafront, 7 mins from station to Rome.

It was rather dark and there's a distinct smell of cigarette smoke on entering (probably from the sponge soundproofing near the door)
