Siena UpTown - Sabrina's Charming Apartment

The perfect apartment in Siena! Comfortable, stylish and spacious. The location is great; a lovely short walk into the town centre but in a really nice and not overcrowded neighborhood. Sabrina was the most communicative, kind and caring host and made our stay so wonderful and seamless. We had the most wonderful week resting as well as exploring Siena and other Tuscan towns.

We were a couple with a car. It was very useful as Sabrina supplied a wee Carpark to park our fiat 500 and ended up being a 10 min walk to the old part of Siena. The place had two bathrooms, a decent lounge which can be converted to a bedroom with its own storage also. The blackout shutters were amazing, we slept like babies. It was quiet, clean, had full amenities including a washing machine and dryer (great after weeks of travelling). There is a carrefour express supermarket across the road which was extremely handy. The apartment is situated on the second floor, no lift, however Sabrina assisted us with luggage up the stairs. WiFi, air conditioning in all rooms, full working kitchen, ample towels - couldn’t fault the place.

This apartment is great. Spacious and modern. Washing machine and dryer were very nice nice to have. Parking is easy and just around the corner. About 10 minutes walk to the center and opposite a supermarket. The Wi-Fi is very good.

The apartment was beautifully furnished, very well equipped and very comfortable. Sabrina was so friendly and helpful - even assisting us with our luggage up the 2 flights of stairs! As we had a rental car the on-site parking was a huge bonus.

A few more glasses maybe? But that's nit-picking.

Couldn't find the chairs as shown to sit out on balcony, hot water in kitchen sink and shower bit hit and miss,plumber did come out thought it was all OK.

We really enjoyed everything about this place ! Mrs Sabrina is a great host, very welcoming, chaty and helpfull. She recomanded us a very nice place to go to the beach, Torre Mozza at 1:30h drive from Siena. The water and everything was excelent, just as she said, "spiaggia libera" not very crowded, although it was high season. The location of the appartment is great, in an authentic Tuscany brick building, in a peacefull neighbourhood, with a coffee shop, a small bakery and a supermarket at literally few steps from the flat, so we could enjoy our italian breakfast as the locals. We had the top floor appartment, very beautiful, stylish, very clean, with nice views and a balcony. The apparment was very confortable, with good beds and realy nice bathrooms for each bedroom. We are a family of 3, but the setup would be perfect for two couples or two families with children, as well, offering enough privacy. Good air conditioning in every room. We stayed there in a hot august and with the blinds shoot, the temperature in the appartment remained ok during the day, with no AC on, so we only needed to use it in the evening when we came back from the beach or from visiting. Also, the large windows, the tall trees and the distance from other buildings allowed very good natural ventilation. No mosquitos in Siena during our stay, and pretty quiet bettween 11pm and 6-7am, so we could also sleep with the windows open. If you wanna sleep late, the closed windows isolate very well from the normal street noise. The old town center is at about 10 min walk through this nice neighbourhood, safe and well lighted, with elegant villas to admire. Siena was more beautiful than we imagined and close to many small towns that were on our Tuscany tour list. Many amenities offerd, well equiped kitchen, all you need for a confortable stay ! We are happy to have stayed there and we highly recomand it !
