Secure property with garage for our rental with good sized rooms. Comfy.

It was too cold. While there was a radiator we really didn’t know how to use it as we don’t have those at home. No instructions available so had to reach out. They were very helpful but I was put off by needing to adjust a boiler to get the temp up. Put up with it for one night. Also the stairs threw us off. Shower needs an upgrade.

The apartment was very well presented, spacious, very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and lots of accessories / extras were provided to make a short stay super easy - we didn't use them but this was appreciated and very thoughtful of the owners. For example there were towels, an iron, ironing board, clothes airer, hair dryer, tea, coffee, sugar, bathing and cleaning products. Details from the hosts were excellent and they were friendly and helpful to deal with. I would be happy to stay here again if visiting York - book with confidence

Parking, which is a general problem visiting York. Free parking is available in the apartment's garage but my vehicle wouldn't fit and there is no allocated space. I didn't notice that when booking - it worked out fine but is something to be aware of

The beds and linen were cosy. Well stocked kitchen and living space. Shower pressure was amazing.

Would have been great to adjust the heating, couldn’t find instructions.

Hosts were very helpful in arranging an early check-in, which was much appreciated

Floors were very creaky on the 2nd floor

property was lovely and in such a safe compound. walk over to the pub was lovely and dinner was great

the size of the garage was interesting to get our car in and out but we managed and wouldnt stop from booking again - just check your car will fit we had a nissan xtrail and it was a squeeze everyone had to get out before i parked
