"Cheap but not clean"

Peaceful place.

It's not clean. Dusty all over. Toilet sink and doorknobs, cabinet doors in the kitchen are not clean. Utensils were also sticky and dirty like a kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Coffee stains on the kitchen and table outside. The washing machine is not working. We found blind fold underneath the pillow. It's disgusting!

"Good value near the nature for this price"

Super peaceful neighborhood, nature trails literally in the backyard, well kept appliances, clean bathroom and good parking possibilities. Nearest shop is not that far away and bus stop is quite close as well. Nature really won us over - the pictures on the review were taken literally not 5 minutes walk away from the house.

Location is in the northern Espoo, where bus traffic is somewhat sparse - but on the other hand it gives room for the nature. Also the bed is a sofabed with the problems of typical sofabeds - but for this price point its more of a nitpick than anything else.
