Nice, modern premise. Well situated, just a few minutes walk to the middle of Chichester

Couldn't turn on the radiator in the master bedroom.

Location to Chichester. Being able to park outside. Clean modern house It was lovely they had put up a full Christmas tree with lights and decs and the tree in the garden had lights on too

Great location just ten minutes from the city centre. Nicely designed house with two fully equipped bathrooms and an extra loo. Friendly and helpful host.

The lack of curtains downstairs is a bit disconcerting. I wouldn’t want to stay there as a woman alone. The bedrooms also have a small high window with no blind so if you need complete darkness to sleep you would need an eye mask.

Such a beautifully appointed place. We know Chichester well so to have a base so perfectly located was wonderful even tho’ the weather was terrible we had a great weekend! The fire made us feel very at home too. It must be lovely in the summer - only disappointed we couldn’t use the balcony and garden but we’ll just have to come back then. A bonus seeing one of the cathedral falcons having fun in the field opposite!

A small thing perhaps to mention in the arrival notes where the key box is actually (well) hidden as it took us a while in the dark :)

Super location. This was a repeat stay. The property is exceptionally clean and we will be staying again! Great communication with the owner. a fantastic, modern and very comfortable property! Thank you for accommodating us!
