King Bed Joy Lane, Chichester near Goodwood

Excellent location. Short walk to Cathedral, restaurants, shops ,station, buses etc, so perfect if you have travelled by public transport like us. This interesting house is comfortable and has everything you need. It is in a quiet, secluded situation with no passing traffic and views over fields. Julian is a friendly, informative and welcoming host.

Not staying longer and with warmer weather!

Location was fab , lovely and very comfortable accommodation , great to have 2 bathrooms , handy parking space and kitchen filled with every appliance you could need - nice touch the prosecco and bagels that were waiting for us

Hard to choose anything we didn’t like as we really enjoyed our stay at the house . One small thing which would make it even better would be to have some blackout blinds in the twin room

A very light and bright property. It packs a punch despite its compact size and feels very spacious. Very well equipped and warm and cosy. Excellent location within a short walk of the city centre yet very quiet and looks out over open playing fields

Beautiful, comfortable, clean and very well equipped, including a state of the art lemon squeezer (I knew that! Famous design don't you know!). Weather was horrid but we were cozy, warm and very happy in this thoughtfully designed accommodation, full of light. Lovely towels and bedding. The host was friendly, helpful and flexible and very happy to accommodate wherever possible. We had everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect for a level stroll into town in minutes leaving the car for our entire stay!

My sister and I can't think of anything, but my 90 year old mother says it would have been more helpful if it hadn't been a non-slip floor, as this impeded her Salsa moves, not to mention the Cha Cha, Waltz and Charleston!! If the designer would like to consider a wooden floor next time, she would be very grateful!! Also (my mother says), she finds at least one hook on the back of any door (especially the bathroom) extremely useful.......maybe a mirror in the downstairs cloakroom... (we're being really picky now - but you did ask!).
