Posizione, vista,tranquillità, parcheggio privato. Comodi i 2 bagni, 1per ogni camera, cucina ben fornita, con la preziosa lavastoviglie oltre al resto! Camere da letto belle grandi e ben arredate. Grande ambiente soggiorno-cucina con un bel divanone. Auto indispensabile, a pochi minuti 2 validi ristoranti, a 10 minuti Camaiore con un fornito supermercato e la possibilità di andare per negozi o gustare aperitivi, fiorentine e altre prelibatezze...30 minuti per le spiagge libere di Torre del Lago o i lidi della Versilia...e poi il lago, Puccini, e a poca distanza la splendida Garfagnana, Lucca,Pisa e altri bei posti da vedere..magari ci torniamo !

La casa è su 2 piani, quindi per dormire e/o andare in bagno...bisogna fare le scale! La via che arriva ai parcheggi è strettina, ci vuole un po di attenzione, soprattutto con i mega SUV! Niente di che, più che difetti sono peculiarità.
