Fijn schoon, modern en groot appartement. De beheerders zijn makkelijk te benaderen via whatsapp. Binnen 1 minuut krijg je antwoord, ongeacht tijdstip. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zij bieden ook hulp bij niet booking gerelateerde zaken, zoals info over restaurant, transport etc. De airco, WIFI, warm water, wasmachine, TV, etc, werken uitstekend. Het ziet er hetzelfde uit als de fotos op booking.com

Er was niets op aan te merken.

L’air conditionné

We had originally booked NICE 11 - SPACIOUS & LUXURY FLAT IN THE HEART however the owner had double booked the apartment and we showed up and someone was already staying there. The host switched us to another apartment they had (in a much worse condition) then send someone who demanded we pay for it again in cash despite already paying through booking.com. We phoned booking.com and they helped us find this apartment which ended up being lovely. It’s in a great location, spacious, and modern with a comfortable bed. The host was very responsive/easy to communicate with via whatsapp. Unfortunately during our stay the washing machine broke. The host promptly sent someone to fix it and worked around our schedule to do so. The only thing that could be improved is having extra towels and dish rags to do the dishes as there were none in the suite.

I had the following 2 issues and were disappointing ,despite all the followups I did with your staff , 1) TV wasn't working when I chkd in and wasn't fixed till 2 days before I left 2) Bedroom A/C wasn't working when I chkd in and wasn't fixed at all till I left, one comment I received from a staff member of yours was the A/C in the sitting area will be enough
