Historic flat by Casa de Pilatos with AC and fast WiFi

The location was great, the alley was quiet. That's about it.

Very very bad with communication, the is bed uncomfortable, very very minimal kitchen utensils or pots.. we are coffee drinkers, the very first day the pot didn't work told the owner and even sent video, her nasty attitude was its new and was working.. she was very rude.. Karina... condescending and never really help with anything. The place need a lot of work.. the bathroom has a steep step, you could hurt yourself.. the hot water is either very very hot or very very cold. The bathroom has hair all over the walls... it way way too expensive for what you get, not worth it. Anything a pervious guest left in the kitchen, they took. Any Omg!! The key system is the worst.. its an app.. on you're phone.. after exploring all day my phone died.. couldnt get in the apt... went to close bar, had to buy coffee, so I could plug phone in for a little charge so I could go open the door.. its super complicated, oh and you must have cell service to use it. Everything i contact the host... she never reply for almost 24 hours.
