the view was excellent from windows. location was good.

Better communication is needed for process of getting the keys to enter. We were not given any info. except that someone will meet us there. Received message on WhatsApp from someone called "Gabriella" messaged me but another guy was answering my texts and he did not pick up my calls via messaging app. He only texted. He did not speak any English. He did not show up in lobby when we arrived as we were informed. He knew when were arriving. He was supposedly waiting upstairs in the room. We had no way of going to the room because we were not given the room number. None of the front desk folks knew we were coming or the guy with key was waiting for us upstairs. They spoke almost NO English. The whole process gave us panic and anxiety to get into the apartment. Plus we were required to take out our trash and recycles to the street and leave them there for pick up.

Great location near the main areas and streets of Madrid. Apartment is very nice cozy & always warm.

View from the property was good. Clean and mostly convenient to stay with a toddler

Not super inconvenient but i need to address this for review. No spare toilet paper and towel hanger was broken when I first checked in but it was ok so i could just buy for myself. There are clubs up and downstairs of the property so it was super loud over night during weekend so couldn’t sleep. If I knew this before, I wouldn’t consider this property.

Great location and spectacular view. Host company helped to arrange convenient check in time and was responsive to any queries via WhatsApp. Layout worked well and everything is recently redone, comfortable, and clean. Would recommend for short of longer term stay.

Apartment could get very hot due to large, bright windows and western exposure… closing the curtains in the day helped and we were able to open windows and cool it down when we returned in the afternoon or evenings.

Brand new apartment with AMAZING views (the one I took below is from our living room). It's also in a fairly central location - close to city center (30ish min walk) and Salamanca - in a safe area. There is also a metro station close by but we didn't use it. Our host was waiting for us when we got there from the airport and despite us being almost two hours late (delayed flight and our driver putting in the wrong address in navigation) he greeted us with a smile and showed us the place and its amenities. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Another review mentioned lack of soap but we had hand/body soap, shampoo, laundy detergent, dishwasher soap, sponge, etc. The kitchen is also very well stocked and the management responds quickly to messages on WhatsApp. Overall a great experience and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Madrid.

Honestly nothing to complain about other than an FYI that you need to take the trash out the night before you check out, so that's a minor inconvenience if you have trash in the morning but not really a big deal.

Too hot during the night as we could not managed the A/C temperature because it is centralised.
