Acogedor y agradable estudio muy centrico - Arenal

Punto strategico per vivere Siviglia tranquillamente a piedi.

Consiglio di cambiare materasso e rete…un pó scomode. Avrei dato dieci ovunque se non fosse stato per il letto.

Ubicacion

No hay persianas. Aunque dispone de cortinas opacas, entra mucha luz por la mañana. Solo dejan una toalla de ducha para 3 días. Cobran a parte si quieres otra. Bastante cutre para el precio.

Excellent location, close to all amenities and attractions

Awful smell in the room upon entering. The air con felt really dirty and me and my husband woke up the next morning feeling extremely congested! We stayed on a Saturday night and the noise from the streets and everyone coming back being loud throughout the night until about 6am meant we didn’t have a restful sleep. The walls are super thin, which we didn’t see before booking this apartment but can agree on the other reviews you can hear everything. The next door turned there air con on at about 11pm on the night and you could hear it whilst in bed. Further to this there was also black mould in the shower and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The duvet cover on the bed was basically two sheets covering a duvet which was extremely unhygienic as this is what other people potentially touch. We were really unhappy in this room and ended up booking somewhere else and leaving after the first night (was supposed to be staying for 3 nights here) We messaged the apartment on here to let them know we have left and were unhappy and didn’t receive a response until 2 days later so not easy to contact the host either.

Appartamento molto bello e spazioso. Pulita sia la camera che il bagno. Dotato di aria condizionata, doccia, cucina, phon... Zona molto tranquilla e centrale, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale. Il proprietario, con il quale ho interagito telefonicamente, è stato molto educato e ci ha consigliato anche un deposito bagagli a 1 minuto dall'appartamento.

Il letto è un po' scomodo in quanto non è matrimoniale ma sono due letti singoli uniti ma probabilmente era scritto nei dettagli della camera.
