Benal beach 1BDR apartament with water park

We really liked the apartment, especially the beds and mattresses that were new and very nice. The TV was nice and had google tv. Very good private internet connection. The AC also worked very well.

The view from the balcony was great but not to the sea.

Would have preferred an adult only environment

It’s a private apartment complex, combined with some hotel-like amenities. All of this creates a relaxing and holiday-like atmosphere. Large complex with a gated area. The building has a small supermarket with all the necessary food and other items. There is a gym, but single-entry visits are expensive. The parking lot is large and enclosed, shared by all apartments, but in the evenings it can be difficult to find a spot, so street parking may be necessary. Residents have access to the pool area.

The kitchen equipment is worn. There are not enough cooking items, and the knives are dull. The complex is also a bit old and worn.

Parking availability was hit and miss, especially when returning late. The gates were slow to open upon entry. Kitchen could do with a few more utensils, a fish slice, cool box to use. Sofa bed uncomfortable for two adults. Apartment really only for two not 4.

The pools and slides for the kids and the location to sea front, shops and restaurants.

The apartment was too small for a family of 5.

Piscina

Al nostro arrivo non abbiamo trovato la biancheria per fare il divano letto. Chiamati ci hanno risposto che le lenzuola erano in un cassetto ma all’interno c’era solo biancheria usata e gettata a caso nell’armadio. Mancavano inoltre gli asciugamani ( secondo lei 4 asciugamani diversi dovevano bastare per 4 persone). Nonostante la documentazione fotografica, la ragazza ci ha risposto che eravamo maleducati ma alla fine è venuta portandoci della biancheria pulita e dicendo che la colpa era della nuova signora delle pulizie. La mattina successiva, la porta del terrazzo non si chiudeva. Chiamati ci è stato detto che era per evitare che gli ubriachi non chiamassero alle 2 notti perché qualcuno li aveva chiusi fuori ed era una questione di sicurezza. Telefonata ‘condita’ da mille improperi e che saremo stati chiamati da Booking ( questa cosa è stata anche scritta su whatsapp e poi cancellata). Ovviamente Booking non ha chiamato e ci siamo rivolti ad un altro contatto della struttura che ha inviato un addetto ad aggiustare la porta del terrazzo. La responsabile si è scusata ( ci ha offerto uno sconto per eventuali altre prenotazioni) per la collega chiedendoci però di non dire nulla in merito all’accaduto ( maleducazione, improperi, messaggi cancellati, finte telefonate di Booking). Non ci siamo fatti rovinare la vacanza ma sicuramente vanno riviste le competenze professionali di alcune persone e la gestione.

Super leuk uitzicht op het zwembad. Fijne communicatie via whatsapp met eigenaar. Goed werkende airco's, nette keuken met zelfs nog een extra grote koelkast en vriezer, wasmachine. Badkamer heel netjes, fijne kussens. Rolluiken voor de deuren, heel fijn zodat je niet wakker werd van het licht en voor de warmte

Matras iets wat doorgezakt. Staat van het zwembad, echt toe aan onderhoud maar dit heeft niks te maken met het goed onderhouden frisse appartement waarin we verbleven.
