A fantastic private apartment with beautiful scenic views. It had everything you need for a self catering trip away. On arrival I discovered that the host had left cheese, ham, milk and bottled water for me, along with the usual tea & coffee. I was a solo traveller but the apartment was very spacious with more than ample room for more people. It is in the countryside but less ten minutes drive to Newry City and other villages in the surrounding area. The host was so helpful and friendly. He gave me a lift to and from a wedding I attended at the Carrickdale Hotel (less than 10 mins away). He also offered me a late checkout on the Sunday , so I could return & shower after I completed the Newry Half Marathon in the morning. This was a massive help and allowed me to freshen up before heading to the airport to fly home. The apartment was so peaceful, which was perfect for me to chill out and relax when I had some downtime from my busy weekend. I’d definitely recommend staying here and hope to return one day.

Booked it specifically because of the Jacuzzi bath, however it didn't work so very disappointing

The property was spotless. The owner was very friendly. House was kept very warm for us which was appreciated with two young kids. A lot of care has went into this. Everything was very comfortable. The blankets, pillows, towels etc were all high quality. Everything was thought of. Cooking pots, utensils, spices etc. And the owner even left a little welcome pack with cheese, ham, butter and bottles of water. We will definitely be back.

The cottage is very cozy, offering an amazing view. It is well-equipped with everything you might need, including small items like tea, coffee, sugar, bread, and butter, so there’s no need to stop by a shop on the way. It also has essentials for cooking, such as salt, pepper, and oil. The host is very welcoming and responds quickly. I would definitely come again!

Customer service was exceptional, the property was well maintained and clean, everything we needed was available and even extra like milk, cheese, bread and biscuits etc

We were unfortunate the pump for bath tab was broken so the kids didn't get a chance to enjoy the Jacuzzi which would have been a bonus

Lovely views from the property. The property was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. Host had left bread, butter, milk, cheese and ham which was very generous and kind. Check-in details were sent before check in which eased the check in process when we arrived. Communication was great and he responded immediately to our needs. Great host and a great property - would highly recommend!
