Backup-Power Trendy 2 Bed Balcony Apartment

This is an old, refurbished unit. Location-wise, it is okay, but access to it is a bit complicated. There is no front desk or anyone to greet you upon arrival, nor is there any clear information or instructions for your check-in or check-out process. Even though the unit was somehow "remodeled," it still needs a lot of work. Now for the good part: It is in Sea Point, so it is within walking distance to many places in town. It does have a washing machine, a designated parking space, and it is very open.

The worst part was the checkout process. It states a 10 a.m. checkout, but no one responded to messages or came to receive the unit and let us out. All access points to the unit are self-locked, so it was difficult to leave the property.

The apartment is very comfortable and location is excellent 👌

The Netflix and WiFi was a problem.

The location of the apartment is really great and convenient.Great views surround it as well as amazing restaurants and grocery shops. The rooms are spacious and our baby could freely roam around.
