"Dirty, expensive for what is, deffinitely not worth it."

Dirty, it is in a different location than when booked, got the message at check in timewhen i was a t the original location. He does not answer phone and responds messages 24 h later.

"A nightmare."

I’m not sure because the property we booked didn’t seem to exist.

The property was not the one we booked. We were sent to a different address on the day we arrived….(after going to the address listed and being told that it wasn’t a hotel). More concerning is the fact that since we complained to booking.com the address has been changed to 1, Fratton Road…this is still not correct as the property is at 1, Haselmere Road. There is something disconcerting and borderline illegal taking place. We stayed for one night, because we had nowhere else to go and promptly left in the morning. The house was dirty and is obviously a halfway house with permanent residents. I would highly recommend that you avoid.

"Avoid if you care about your health"

Absolutely nothing, avoid this place for your own safety and wellbeing. Not only does the property look nothing like it’s photos (the room we stayed in wasn’t shown on site) the owner is incredibly rude and un hostile.

The entire house was filled with crackheads who were up until stupid o’clock arguing and shouting which kept us up all night. The entire kitchen was so utterly disgusting and dirty i wanted to be sick in my own mouth. After raising these issues with the host, he totally disregarded what I had to say and went on to blame us for leaving our plates out (they were for 5 minutes maximum) My partner was just about to clean them up when another guy offered to wash them up. I requested a % of the money back as it was not worth £10 a night let alone the £100 he charges. He declined and suggested we should of called the police if we felt unsafe, despite the fact we’re in his property? Please save yourself and take me word. Don’t book this disgusting property.

"Horrible, low quality, unprofessional, lying hosts."

Didn't like anything and didn't even stay a single night because it was so bad.

On the phone the host explained to me that there would be parking across the street, when I get there in person it says only permit holders can park, I asked the host what if I get a parking ticket and he just shrugged his shoulders and said nobody has issues parking there, meaning they expect us to take the risk of getting a parking ticket after verbally telling me there is parking on the street available. I offered to pay them up to £70 and cancel my stay to which he said he will get back to me, then he said he can't offer me any refund. After further messaging he literally didn't respond at all and just ignored my messages. The place was of such low quality, and the entire house was STINKING of weed, not kept to a good standard at all. I decided to book a different hotel that same day. As I'm typing this, he still hasn't responded to me and I'm processing a refund via booking.com right now. Don't be fooled by the pictures on this site because the place doesn't look even 5% as good in real life, its genuinely horrible. The fact that they don't feel obliged to tell their customers that parking comes with a risk of getting a ticket, and also the fact that they feel comfortable taking £200 from a customer who didn't stay one night at their hotel because of very valid reasons tells you how much they care about customer service. They just wanna do the bare minimum to take your money and run. Update: After raising a dispute on booking.com, the hosts of this accommodation had the audacity to lie to booking.com and say that I didn't even show up to check in, despite me literally having text messages to prove us talking on the day of my check in.
