The staff were friendly and helpful, facilities were stunning, thoughtfully decorated with local art and very clean

Located on a busy road so there is traffic noise in some rooms.

L’emplacement est un peu excentre et peut être bruyant à l’extérieur le jour mais la nuit c’est calme. Le personnel est extraordinairement compétent et chaleureux Le rapport qualité prix est très bon La piscine et la décoration est vraiment réussie Il y a de très beaux livres sur le Mexique, des jeux, etc Il y a plusieurs espaces pour se retirer et se reposer Les lits sont excellent Je reviendrais volontiers y passer un peu plus de temps Nous le recommandons chaleureusement

Actuellement on double les fenêtres à l’avant de l’immeuble pour atténuer le bruit En fait tout l’hôtel est gardé dans un état plus qu’impeccable

The restaurant had a basic menu that was perfect to get you through the day, very reasonable prices. The location was great,easily step out the front door and catch cab or walk a block to catch local bus. Beach was approx. 3 blocks away. What a team Ana has put together very dedicated customer oriented team. Thx,,Alejandro, Ara, Susy, you guys are very good at what you do!! Sombreros off to Ana has put many many months of designing and renovating this beautiful hotel. Excellent work young lady!!!

I can’t really think of anything I didn’t like. They had some renovations to the rear of the building to the floors and getting ready to install the fountain. The contractors were always polite, they never started early and never worked late. I was only booked in for 1wk but after 2.5 days I realized why would I want to move, fortunately the next week was open so I stayed.

The property is within walking distance to the beach, the bus stop and the gourmet district. The property is situated in a commercial area.

The property is currently going through extensive renovations. We chose this property because it has a pool. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to us, the pool was under renovations. Our confirmation stated breakfast was included but there was no breakfast.

Localisation, decor. Generally nice place. Host available when needed.

Pool was not working, wifi and Tv were also not working. Two of three toilets were clogged. One was fixed the other day. Rather noisy street in the morning.

The staff and our room was great !!! The colours was a vibe and all the wood.

That we didn’t find out that the pool was out of service till we checked in and that was our main reason for choosing as we have 2x young kids.

Breakfast was good(location,food), staff were friendly and helpful. Our request to be moved to another room was dealt with positively.

There was no hot water on the first evening/day. The room we had was poor, I think the most undesirable in the Hacienda and we asked to be moved.
