"Exceptional"

Our stay in this house was absolutely incredible! The interior was perfect — cozy, warm, and beautifully designed, with comfortable bedrooms and a lovely living space. But what truly took our breath away was the stunning, panoramic view of the Dolomites right from the house — an absolute dream to wake up to every morning! The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to the surrounding nature, hiking trails, and ski slopes. It truly felt like a magical retreat in the heart of the mountains! Alessandro was an exceptional host, always available and ready to help with anything we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we would love to come back next year! Highly recommended!

"Bad"

It's outright the worse accomodation I had with booking.com 3 of us paid €800 for 2 nights stay. 1. Pillows, duvet were like never washed and reused. We had to take it out of the closet which is just full of blankets that are not properly packed but just stuffed in at random. 2. temperature plunged to -10°c, snowing heavily and No heating and portable heater was only available in 2 out 3 rooms. One was spoilt. Request to have it replaced on 2nd night was futile. They didn't even respond despite giving me their Whatsapp number. 3. We were the only ones in the entire hotel. Renovations going on everywhere, without proper hoarding. 4. No restaurant or food in or around the hotel. 5. Everything looks run down. 6. Most pricy accomodation we had in Dolomites and Italy.. and yet was the worse.

"Historic, beautiful and memorable. If the place was good for Churchill when he visited the Dolomites, it was good for us"

Words cannot encapsulate how amazing this property is. There were 8 of us and we thought it might be a little bit of a squeeze but there was so much space it was amazing! This place is a time capsule, it’s perfectly preserved from the 1960-70s and makes you feel like you’ve gone back in time whilst also feeling at home and super comfortable. There is a perfect view from every window of the mountains and the deck is perfect for stargazing, we even got a chance to see shooting stars for the first time!

It’s a very historic place so the showers aren’t the most up to date but otherwise it’s perfect!
