Location was amazing. Beautiful views, close to everything. Carpet throughout. Heaters worked great. Had everything you needed for cooking in if wanted. Quiet.

Wasn't as clean as I would of expected. My son slept on couch upstairs as more comfortable than the single beds. When we moved the couches there was rubbish under them. We didn't end up using cooking facilities but there was oil dripping from exhaust fan. When I used the shower I went to take hose from shower head and the whole thing came off. Just needs a little TLC. Other than that all was good.

very spacious apartment, with all facilities, great lake views and very close to the cbd. Only issues were one hot plate was not working and the dryer was fiddly to start. would definitely recommend this place and would certainly come back here sometime to stay.

The location is great — everything is within walking distance. I wake up every morning to an amazing lake view and beautiful mountains. The customer service is good, and the price is very affordable. We also noticed that they provide us with fresh towels every day. However, what turned me off was the bedding. The duvet had a lot of brown stains, and there was no proper duvet cover — it was only covered with bedsheets, which made the stains noticeable. During our 4 days and 3 nights stay, I did not notice anyone cleaning the unit. On the positive side, they do provide Wi-Fi, a dryer, and a washing machine, and all whiteware appliances are working well. So far, everything has been good overall. I just can't get over with the duvet stains and No duvet cover.

Something that turns me off is the beddings, the duvet is has alot of brown stains, there is no duvet cover, it was just covered with bedsheets.
