The location of the tiny home was great. Close to downtown SLO, freeway, and beaches. Also, the place was quiet.

Upon our arrival, the place still had not been cleaned, and painting was still being done to the unit. In light of it being after 4:30 pm and we were waiting, I believe the cleaning staff did a rush job. We were finally able to go in after 5:00. Fortunately, it did not smell like paint. It was a cute place but could be a little cleaner. This place is definitely nice for a couple or a family of four. Older individuals "beware", the stairs to go up to the top bedroom are killer. And, you definitely can not stand up. If rain is in the forecast, beware of the HUGE puddle that grows in the pathway to your door, YOU WILL HAVE SOAKED FEET, and there is no way around it. Note: We stayed in the home that had a creek view.

"Tiny home"

The tiny home was cute and comfortable. Needs were comfy, it was clean. Easy to get an Uber into town.

Communication. At 8am the morning of travel check in instructions arrived. When booking check in was 3pm that was moved to 4pm. I'm the property it said check out 11am, morning of check out told check out was 10am.

TV didn't work very well it kept playing Netflix and urine tv at the same time no matter what we did.

Small and cozy

Floors were a bit dirty. One of the battery from the remote to the air filter was removed. Therefore, it defeated the purpose of what was offered as part of booking.
