Peaceful Tiny Home Loft and Sauna

Smelled like septic. I hit my head on the railing as I was looking down at the steps. The railing had a large piece sticking out and it left a painful knot on my head. Far too expensive for what you got. It was basically a trailer park atmosphere.

Clean and easy to get into even the day of renting.

They setting beside the river was nice.

I didn't like paying an $85 cleaning fee and then had to wash dishes and take out the trash.

Bed/sheets were comfortable, it's next to a peaceful creek with sitting area, the neighborhood was quiet, there is a paid for, shared, laundry five steps outside the front door, the living room is comfortable, lots of hot water -good enough for a 30 minute shower, and has a gas stove. The host is very responsive and friendly. I was there alone and felt it was SO much better than getting a hotel room. I'd recommend the space to a couple or a couple with a child, I think 3+ adults would find the space challenging unless you are really a tight knit group but that's just my opinion.

There's one 32" TV, I like bigger TV's. A few times there were lags with the WiFi. The place is very bright at night even with blackout shades so if you need complete dark bring a sleep mask. To note 1. there is one parking spot, I'm not even sure where a 2nd car would park. 2. The second bedroom is up a few stairs that are VERY steep and if you lie down in the bed know that the ceiling is about 2-3 feet above your head so don't put Grandma up there unless you don't particularily care for Grandma :-)

Very comfortable home. Stayed with my (elderly) parents and out tween son. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for the five of us. Wonderful location; close to grocery and restaurants; not too far from Cal Poly.

WiFi can be spotty. We had to use our hotspot at times.

tiny home was extremely clean and spacious for being a tiny home.
