"Disappointing"

Location, size of apartment, value. If you are arriving by foot with no car parking this property is much more suitable.

The arrival process was convoluted, partly due to the buildings entry system, and not suited for a late booking. Three online forms and a photo ID verification upload later I still did not receive all the required information for my parking until 0325 the morning after arrival. It turned out that due to no parking information, I had been let into the wrong parking area by other tenants, this meant that in the morning my fob would not open the gate to let me out! No one at the property or on the phone could help me. The hot water had been turned off and I was not informed, this meant the morning shower was cold.

"Superb"

Lots of natural lighting, warm, comfy and clean. Parking and check were smooth. The team got back to me very quickly with any questions.
