Dvorana SPENS je na nekih 15ak minuta hodanja od apartmana zbog čega smo i došli u Novi Sad, Oko apartmana ima puno pekarnica i malih trgovina prehranom. Garaža za parking auta je odmah preko puta apartmana. Za sve skupa odlična cijena.

Nema nikakve primjedbe na smještaj i sam grad, osim što je bilo loše vrijeme pa nismo stigli pogledati grad kako smo htjeli ali na to se nažalost nije moglo utijecati.
