Spectacular 2 Bedroom Balcony Sea View Flat

Top floor, great sea view. Everything i needed plus a parking permit i did not expect. Fabulous communication with owner and quick replies. Good check in instructions. Good location for open air theatre.

Maybe cleaner could include balcony as I had to dust a lot of cobwebs. Didn't mind as the view was worth it. The balcony door needs adjusting a bit as sticking .

Everything was how it was described. The apartment was spotless, everything worked as expected. An unexpected bonus was the milk, bread and eggs provided by the owner.

Tiny gripes really: there was no tea towel (well, we couldn't find one), and the balcony was small to say the least.

Perfect location with lovely view over the North Bay. Walking distance from everywhere we wanted to visit in Scarborough. Spotlessly clean. Quiet. Very comfortable. Excellent communication from host. Thoughtful touches in the flat, for example fresh milk and a loaf of bread were provided.

Be aware the flat is up three flights of stairs with no lift! However this is why you get such a good view 😆 no complaints at all about the flat.

Had everything we needed and the little extras ( milk , bread , eggs coffee , tea ) were very welcome . The views were spectacular . We met the owners and they were great nothing was too much trouble . The instructions were very clear and helpful.

The flat suited our needs perfectly, it was easy to find and very comfortable. Being able to park right outside was a bonus. The views from the flat are excellent especially when the sun is shining.

We loved the flat, the layout, and the furnishings and the equipment provided were great. We were grateful for the supply of initial food essentials and condiments which made our arrival very easy. Views of both bays from the flat were endlessly fascinating. The proximity to the castle and both north and south bays made us feel that we were really in the midst of Scarborough, with all its charms. Clear and helpful instructions and communications from the owner were invaluable. The parking (with the permit provided by the owner) was straightforward and convenient.
