I would say location ! It is very close to city centre.

very good location, up stairs balcony, very close to transport and stores and restaurants, very clear instructions to get in. as a note: we stayed in the private bathroom room, it was very clean and somehow new. the kitchen offeres cofee and tea, it's somehow old and new vibe. I really enjoyed it.

The property is very good located, it is nice for a short stay. You have many restaurants and places to drink coffee nearby. You have everything but I said that is good for a short stay due to common amenities like bathroom, kitchen. When we were there it was a problem with the balcony, it was closed. Overall the property is ok and clean. Also the owner is responsive.

The terrace was not opened.

A nice place very close to the city center, but in a quiet area. 10-15 minutes' walk to the city center with the historical sights (and the airport bus stop), 2 minutes' walk to the subway or bus and tram stops, for longer trips. There's a supermarket around the corner, if you need some quick shopping for groceries, several pastry shops if you want pastry in the morning, several "fancy-ish" restaurants in the street (no, the noise was not a problem). There's also a non-touristy outdoor pub visited by the locals, round the corner. So, something for everybody's taste. The terrace on top of the building was perfect for coffee in the morning and beer in the evening.

No negative aspects.

Great location, easy access, helpful landlord, nicely equipped, clean and comfortable accommodation. Great value for your money. What more can you ask for?
