Our reservation was cancelled (or ignored or not acted upon) without any satisfactory explanation. We had travellled a long distance to reach the property. I messaged the property two times before our arrival - on the first occasion several days beforehand - to provide an estimated arrival time. On both occasions, I received no reply. I called the property to confirm my arrival - again no response. When I arrived at the Reception, I was simply told there was no room for us, and that they would try to find a 1BHK somewhere else nearby. Totally uncacceptable. Very little concern for our distress

The apartment was really good and very spacious. Cleaning staff is very polite and helpful.

The front desk person was highly unprofessional. This guy makes up anything when confronted so please be mindful. He never mentioned about the breakfast while checkin or later. I called him in the morning then he said we give it in the room when you ask. The property is very good but the all the facilities mentioned on Booking.com are not available but just there to appear in the search. I stayed in the apartment to be able to use the kitchen for my 2 year old son. To my surprise and high disappointment, this person mentioned of additional INR250 per day for using the gas stove. When confronted him to show this on T&C, he said we don't write it in the T&C of Booking.com. Later he suggested me to use the microwave rather than gas stove, as I was not happy with these hidden charges, but there was no microwave in the room :). On rechecking the facilities mentioned on Booking.com, I realised that some other facilities mentioned like washing machine and sofa bed were also not available in the apartment.

The property did not allocate an apartment as per booking. they asked us to go another though the booking was done 1month before the checkin date.

We had booked a 2bhk apartment but we were asked to move to 1bhk apartment at different location
