Could not stay - it was dirty and terrible! Worst experience in my life.

The location is great. right in the centre of Richmond, but windows opening away from the main road, so quieter. Kitchen and bathroom with walk-in shower are both very nice and well equipped.

As it has only just been finished and the other flats are still being renovated, there could be a few more finishing touches that make it more homely - some pictures/artworks on the walls, cushions etc.

The host was very helpful and went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The apartment was close to shops, restaurants and the river. Our apartment was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing.

superb location! Easy access to train and everything in downtown Richmond

The bathroom sink was clogged and that became a bit of an issue when there were five people and one bathroom. There was a safety issue as well with the keys. They were accidentally locked in the key box with the door locked and people inside. The door could not be unlocked from the inside. We were fortunate that someone from our party was arriving at that time. They were able to unlock the door. Without this happy coincidence we would have had an issue.
