Best Western Plus Battleground Inn & Suites

Very comfortable, all round. Like that windows could be opened.

Room needs a USB outlet.

Friendly staff and close to restaurants for dinner

The room was gorgeous. Love that we didnt have a long walk or have to climb upstairs. Was easy to navigate.

I wish the pool and hot tub were open later to 21+ guest or if our room had its own jet tub.

I expected more for a suite, than a refrigerator and microwave....that seems pretty standard for all hotel rooms. Check in person was uninformed and rude about service dogs. Manager did say he would talk with his staff.

Close to my mother’s

I wanted to take a shower the night I checked in in but discovered no shower curtain so I went downstairs lodge my complaint and the person at the desk handed me an old shower curtain and I had to install it. Also we’ve had this room twice now when you get in the tub, there’s a loud poppingwhen you move around in it kind of freaks you out like you’re gonna fall through the tub the second time I have complained about it.

The location was central to stores, food and just off Main St. The room was spacious, Bigger than most these days. The light in the bathroom was in the mirror which was cool but there wasn't an overhead light as well so it lit up the whole bedroom reflecting off the mirror right to the bed when the rest of the lights were out. The continental breakfast was typical and fine but the only meat served was sausage and had a little to much spice for me.

It was part of the Best Western chain but independently owned so there were no pets allowed unlike most other Best Westerns. Disappointing.
