"Lovely stay and would return."

Bright and sunny. Nice balcony overlooking Hampton Beach. Nice attention to detail with beach towels, plates and bowls but also paper goods if you don’t want to deal with running the dishwasher. Quiet inside - the strip is noisy but with balcony door closed and AC on, it was fine. “Secret passageway” from back of building where elevator is to Ocean Blvd. Grandkids loved that! Heated toilet seat and a bidet on the toilet were an added surprise.

Did not like Teflon pans + window screens and other miscellaneous items in bedroom closet and one drawer. Mini splits were a little hard to figure out but worked great. Bedroom was VERY bright at night - need room darkening window treatments instead of white ones. They look nice but aren’t effective.
